અનુવાદકની કલમે

આ પુસ્તકમાંનું કશુંયે ઊપજાવી કાઢેલું કે કાલ્પનિક નથી. બધા જ પ્રસંગો સાચેસાચ બનેલા છે. બધા જ સંવાદો સાચા છે. પુસ્તકમાં નિરૂપાયેલી વ્યકિતઓ આજે પણ જીવિત છે. તેથી જ તે શહેરનું નામ જણાવ્યું નથી. બનાવાની પશ્ચાદ્ભૂ આફ્રિકા છે, પરંતુ તેમાં રજૂ થયેલી સમસ્યાઓ દરેક ખંડને અને દરેક સંસ્કૃતિને સ્પર્શે છે.

This book is amazing and exciting like a novel. From the very first stanza, the author's sharp pen grabs us, and brings a realistic view of the many aspects of marriage in conversation. Although these lectures were given in a church in Africa, there is no doubt that this book will provide invaluable guidance to all the young people of our Gujarati society, single and married.

Nothing in this book is contrived or fictitious. All events are factual. All the dialogues are correct. The people depicted in the book are still alive today. That is why the name of the city is not mentioned. The setting is Africa, but the issues it presents touch every continent and every culture.
