In '2012: Ice Age' (2011) the world is at risk of an ice age following a volcanic eruption in Iceland. The Hart family must come together to survive the extreme weather conditions and overcome the disastrous event. In '2012: Armageddon' (2010) an asteroid crashes into Earth and creates an Ice Age. The film follows the journey of one family who risk their lives to find their way back to one another.
