There is never enough time during an appointment for me to cover all of the important topics I would like to discuss with my patients in depth. I know other physicians feel the same way. This book is part of a series of books to help change this. When you are ill or struggling it is hard to muster the energy or enthusiasm to read a several hundred page book.
