Publisher's Synopsis
The official life story of one of the most important men in the history of one of European football's giant clubs. From growing up in the suburbs of his home city, he joined his idols on the football pitch as a player, helping them to promotion from the old Second Division before going on to win the league title as part of Bill Shankly's Anfield revolution. Moving into the backroom team he went on to serve under managers such as Shankly, Bob Paisley, Joe Fagan and Kenny Dalglish, with the club winning 26 of its 41 major honours while Ronnie was coaching. Here, Ronnie's own recollections from across the decades are brought together, while his son provides stories and insight into a special time for the Morans and the club.
