Mr. Speaker appointed as the committee on the part of the Assembly, Messrs. Webster, Shields, Martin, Ryder, Butts, Guenther, Malby, Fish and Deyo. At a meeting of the above joint committee, it was decided to hold a memorial service in the Assembly Chamber at such time as would suit the convenience of the Hon. Chauncey M.
