This series has been designed to meet the needs of both industry and college. It consists of a framework of unit workpacks and assessor guides which can be used cumulatively to achieve the Administration NVQ at all three levels, or separately to build skills in specific subject areas.;Each workpack is a user-friendly, practical manual which corresponds to a specific unit of the NVQ. All of the required underpinning knowledge is covered and examples and suggested activities from the workplace are included to familiarize the candidate with the requirements of the evidence collecting and assessment process. The user is encouraged to increase and develop their personal skills and effectiveness in the workplace, and throughout the workpacks the vocabulary and style are appropriate to the needs and abilities of the candidate.
