Publisher's Synopsis
This weekly series of law reports contains some 18,000 cases decided by the courts since 1936 and reported chronologically in a single series of volumes, fully indexed and comprehensively serviced. The reporting staff are all members of the Bar and, with very few exceptions, reports of cases are checked and revised by the judges before publication. All fields of law and all leading cases are covered.;Reports are published within a short time, often as little as four weeks, of judgements being delivered. A useful feature of the work is the cross-referencing to other major works such as "Halsbury's Laws", "Halsbury's Statutes" and "The Digest". A digest of the cases reported in each part appears at the front of the weekly issue, and noter-up sheets are issued ten times a year. Storage files are available to hold copies of the weekly issues between binding into volumes, and a subscription to the bound volume service ensures that the practitioner need never be without the most recent reports while they are being bound. The complete set of bound volumes, dating from 1936-1993, is available, and individual bound volumes may be purchased to complete a set.
