Cahoon, MIA from World War II. Lt. Cahoon's last hours were spent with fellow soldiers and one civilian, both American and Filipino, as a part of the 26th Cavalry's Scout Car Platoon. Fifteen men disappeared that night into the fog of war. This book sets out to solve the mystery of their whereabouts, particularly the two American officers. Even if their remains are eventually found and identified, it becomes clear that literally parts of them will remain elements of Philippine soil forever. This book is written as a tribute to those soldiers and to the Philippine people.
