Dr. Karenna Caun MBBS, MRCP is an experienced classical singer, singing teacher, mentor, and a physician. She trained in medicine at Charing Cross Hospital Medical School, London and in singing at the Royal Northern College of Music, Manchester, UK. She has sung many operatic roles and has worked with London Touring Opera, Preston Opera, Welsh National Opera Max, and Birmingham opera Company. She has had a strong teaching career and has helped many people become confident performers. She has worked for and with the ABRSM, Lancaster University, the RNCM and various schools. She has been an Associate of BAPAM and a committee member of ISSTIP and has been invited to give many lectures on the subject of Tension in Performance. She has helped all levels of performer, from young students through to seasoned professionals, including from some of the UK's major orchestras.
