This lecturer's guide accompanies a casebook of the same name designed primarliy for undergraduate students studying organizational behaviour on business studies, European business and related degree programmes. It follows the format of, and can be used in conjunction with, "Management and Organisational Behaviour, 3rd ed" by Laurie Mills.;It begins with an introduction to organizational behaviour and provides guidance on the use and analysis of case material. Case studies, exploring individual, group and organizational influences on behavoiur at work, are studied in context of their bearing on management decision-making. These studies encompass some cases which deal with European issues and as such provide the opportunity for cross-cultural analysis.
