This book was inspired by my love for food and being able to cook for my family and friends. Later in life, I decided to go to culinary school and graduated with a chef's diploma. My children and friends encouraged me to write this book so I can share my recipes with them and others. The recipes in this book are the most common Lebanese dishes that everyone loves, plus a few exceptions that are inventions of my own prepared uniquely Chef Mama's way! Included are appetizers, soups, salads, and main courses featuring vegetarian, fish, chicken, and beef options. The recipes are easy to make and directions are easy to follow.
