One of the only philosophical couples known from antiquity, their relationship and their individual lives inspired future generations of Cynic philosophers and educated many people on the ideas of Virtue, Happiness, and Self-Reliance. This compilation uses open and available texts to piece together the fragments of their lives and attempts to produce a coherent handbook for use as a reference by the scholar and the student.
