The great alliance belonging to the Dragon Knights (or Dragon Hearts) won the battle but at a heavy cost. Due to the betrayal of one of their own, the leader of the Dragon Knights James Dracolus disbanded the Alliance. The leader of the Shadow Dragon Alliance also disbanded his followers but swore he would regain his powers and would return to take over. Now, sixty years after the last battle of the Light Dragon Knights of the Crystal Alliance, the Dragon heart's legacy is revived by a 16 year-old girl named Josephine Drageon, a girl who like the past Dragon Hearts, has the super abilities of Dragons. Along with her Ice Dragon, Aurora, and their friends and allies, they must band together and become the new alliance. Her task: To learn the ways of the Dragon Knights and rebuild the Alliance before the evil betrayer Cetus Cyprus can rebuild his powers. Josephine and her new friends vow to fight to stop the dark Alliance for once and for all, but will they have the strength to defeat them?
