Jimmy Bee is a normal two and a half year-old kid. But when his mother drops him off at Majesty Pre-School and Day Care, his imagination revs up and he has full-fledged grown up secret agent adventures. He's Jimmy Bee, Agent Two-and-a-Half, licensed to poop. Jimmy's boss, M-o-m, sends him on a mission to stop villain Ernest Blowfish from releasing laughing gas which will cause millions of people to go potty in their pants everywhere, all the time. Blowfish owns Diapoo Industries, maker of disposal diapers, and stands to make a huge fortune off everyone else's misfortune and cause an environmental disaster in the process. With the help of Felicia Flighter of Kinderpol, Jimmy braves sharks and blowfish and battles nasty henchmen, but can he stop evil madman Blowfish in time?
