The Clark family has resided in New Orleans since Columbus' voyage to North America. Alex is a passionate reader and with interests in universal interpretations of peace. He was raised in the church, son of a preacher, and is a 1st class welder and combination ship fitter. His wife, Ruthie, had a plaque and a ceremony honoring her as a French Quarter Ambassador in New Orleans for her more than 30 years of service.
