Endowment in Islam Waqf

This book discusses the endowment in Islam (waqf) in light of the Qur'an and the Sunnah. Moreover, scholarly opinion of major scholars in incorporated in the work without taqlid ( blind following) of scholars. It is evidence-based with statements of the best Muslim generation. Our aim is to disseminate authentic knowledge according to the Qur'an and the Sunnah aligning with the creed and the methodology of the Prophet peace be upon him and his companions.The idea for writing the book was obtained from the call for nominations for the King Faisal Prize. Allah then granted the moral support to start the journey of researching the topic and writing the book. The book is about endowment in Islam (waqf) which is a very important part of Islamic law because it is woven into the structure of a Muslim society.May this excellent and outstanding work prove to be beneficial, inspirational and exquisite knowledge for the reader and may it be a treasure for us On the Day when neither wealth nor children will benefit (one) except the one who comes before Allaah with a sound heart.
