Publisher's Synopsis
Excerpt from Everything for the Garden, 1930
There is an unbelievable wealth and variety of food to be found in the vegetable kingdom if one investigates its possibilities and is willing to try the new varieties offered by seedsmen from time to time. With that. In mind, we recommend our friends to grow a greater number of vegetables than they have done hitherto; and if they study the pages of this catalogue they will find listed there many varieties of recent introduction, that they probably have not yet tried.
We recommend such vegetables as Broccoli, Sprouts. Celeriac. Kohl Rabi, Corn Salad. Dandelion, Swiss Chard. And new kinds of Squash, in addition to the ordinary run of vegetables.
