This is an exercise programme for the overweight and unfit. The author uses a combination of cajoling and encouraging, insulting and infuriating his clients. Aimed to help those firmly wedged in size 14-16 clothes, this six-week routine is aimed at improving fitness and co-ordination and, most importantly of all, helping the reader to lose up to 14lbs in weight.
