Publisher's Synopsis
This is an exercise programme for the overweight and unfit. The author uses a combination of cajoling and encouraging, insulting and infuriating his clients. Aimed to help those firmly wedged in size 14-16 clothes, this six-week routine is aimed at improving fitness and co-ordination and, most importantly of all, helping the reader to lose up to 14lbs in weight. Devised to be as simple as possible, there are five different routines to follow - one for each weekday. Each routine is based on the author's own combination of aerobics, weights and circuit training. The exercises are backed up with advice on sensible eating plans and careful notes on the advantages of being lean and fit. There are before-and-after case histories and answers to the 50 most common fitness questions.
