Publisher's Synopsis
Holston Mountain runs about 28 miles from southwest to northeast, covers about 268 square miles, and its highest peak, Holston High Point, is at an elevation of 4,280 feet above sea level. It crosses northeast Tennessee, into southwest Virginia, passing through Washington County, Virginia, Carter County, Tennessee, and Johnson County, Tennessee. Many odd occurrences, such as what seems to be an unusually high number of aircraft crashes, ball of light phenomenon, unidentified flying object (UFO) sightings, and bizarre experiences have been reported as connected to the mountain range, and are documented in this book.
