Sam et son grand-père affrontent la pluie puis une inondation ce qui donne lieu à une autre merveilleuse aventure.
Sam veut aller jouer dehors, mais il tombe des cordes. Son grand-père préfère attendre que la pluie cesse alors Sam patiente. Il boit un chocolat chaud, lit, et rêve d'aventures pendant que son grand-père écrit une lettre importante. Une lettre si importante qu'elle doit être mise à la poste la journée même, beau temps mauvais temps. Au grand plaisir de Sam, le duo sort finalement de la maison et vit un moment absolument magique.
Sam wants to go out but it's pouring rain, so he and Grandpa decide to stay inside until the rain stops. Sam drinks hot chocolate, reads his books and dreams of adventures while Grandpa gets on with his important paperwork. Grandpa seems to have a VERY important letter to write; a letter that has to be posted, despite the rain and floods. As they finally go outside, Sam and Grandpa have a magical adventure.
