Publisher's Synopsis
The four children persist in visiting their mother at Cold Domain - much to her irritation. Indeed, when any of them crosses her, she pulls out a plant from the garden which is the emblem, for them, of their blissful childhood. Not so for mother, who has secretly sold the garden for redevelopment.
