Six leading cases of the ECJ concerning the implementation of United Nations sanctions are also reported. In addition the United Nations Compensation Commission Egyptian Workers' Claims case, and the Sandline and Papua New Guinea 1998 arbitration under the UNCITRAL rules are reported. M/V Saiga (No 2) in 1998 and the Southern Bluefin Tuna Cases provisional measures rulings in 1999 from the International Tribunal for the Law of Sea are also included.
