Volume III of the Yearbook is a collection of 23 research papers by scholars from eleven countries. The papers examine the problems of implementation of programmes of industrial democracy at the organizational level. They concern the clash of interests among government, labour and business over work participation in organizational decision making. It also contains review papers on the crucial issues of pension fund control by workers and of representative organizational democracy.
