Even after the decrees were passed in favor of MS Shoes, the appeals took more than ten years to determine the application. Finally, in the Supreme Court of India, after five years, MS Shoes decisions could not be finalized.
The legitimate dues would reveal disputes to further delay the final result for MS Shoes. Sometimes the conflicts between the Government and the bureaucracy would not let it happen.
