Publisher's Synopsis
A serial killer is stalking Philadelphia. Fogarty is in charge of the investigation. The victims are killed horribly and then sexually assaulted. What Fogarty doesn't know is that the murderer is an adept of a martial art in which the strike is made with a hook-like hand - the Way of the Mantis.
