Men of the Yorktown Midway is a fictional version of the decisive battle fought in the Pacific from June 4th to the 7th, 1942. Isoroku Yamamoto and his Japanese fleet go toe to toe in a battle that caused more American and Japanese lives. Midway was a campaign that was fought mainly by carrier-based aircraft. The attrition during combat, and the fortitude to invade an island in the Pacific that was near impossible to see from the air. This novel is another story depicting brave men on both sides trying to settle another difference during the largest conflict in history, World War Two.
