James Murphy experienced the Italian and German interwar situations at first hand, and worked in Dr Goebbels' propaganda department for four years. In 1939 he published in London a complete translation of "Mein Kampf". His 1941 pamphlet on Rudolf Hess's flight to England is in this collection as are commentaries on the Italian situation. Brendan Clifford provides an introduction giving context and reviewing modern German attitudes.
