Only Happens In America is a story about a dystopia future where after a catastrophic event. human race is forced to comes to term that we are not alone in the galaxy and the A-typical response to what humans do afterwards.
A grey monotone world safe from being safe.
The story is based around the protagonist Robert Davies. A man whose life so far to call drone like would be a compliment. We explore a underground world where the fun of being alive is being systematically removed out of fear for a greater threat. Robert has a chance meeting with one of those elements and thus begins his adventure on what's its like to become human again. We meet many of characters such as the self described badass Catlin, To Guff and Ruby Tuesday who by there own admissions would be the fun and mania of the human soul.
The group would taste humour and defeat and even the occasional tete-a-tete as they face what human kind has become. Could a small group of foul mouthed rockers save the day? or would the ever increasing shadows of a safe life remove what's left of being wrong for the right reasons?
Be prepared for a fun thrill ride of parodies and suggestive graffiti... oh and the occasional alien here and there.
