Publisher's Synopsis
Mayfield is a small town from yesteryear. Doors are seldom locked and neighbors freely share keys. Children are free to roam and play until almost past dark. Everyone who meets on the street speak and stop to talk after church. The town is small, the residents are tight knit, very friendly, and have blue ribbon schools. The only major crimes ever committed in or around Mayfield have been overtime parking violations, speeding tickets or the occasional drunk and disorderly. Everything in Mayfield could be described as almost perfect, that is until something, or someone, introduced an atrocious, terrifying terror that would change everything and turn everything and everyone upside down.
