A thief, targeting items of gold, began plundering houses in the community and created a wave of worry. Initially, he imagined himself fighting and capturing the culprit as JAM-EEL, a super Jamaican electric eel. Dressed in a skintight, masked outfit speckled with energy cells emitting far-reaching shockwaves, the hero stunned the bad guy. During his time at his aunt's, he earnestly worked on the idea of creating a crime fighting super eel and finally settled on the title e-ELectricus.
