Often, as a conveyancing matter progresses, so much time is wasted while correspondence asking for information flies between solicitors and clients. When you are in the middle of moving house with a million and one other things to think about, having to call in to see your solicitor with some document or information he has requested is something you can do without. The author was prompted to write this publication in an effort to help property owners after having first hand experience in this field and hopes you find it of value.
