A joint publication with the Office of Government Commerce (formerly the Treasury Taskforce), this unique product comprises a looseleaf and CD-ROM and offers practical guidance to all those who may be involved in PFI deals. The work promotes a common understanding of some of the risks which are encountered in a standard PFI project and includes the Office of Government Commerce's recent update on their General Guidance. It examines how issues should be dealt within the contract in a way that is commercially deliverable and that enables both the public and private sector to meet their requirements. Specimen clauses are provided on key points. The service also includes a CD-ROM containing the full text of the looseleaf with the added benefit of advanced search facilities and easy-to-use hypertext links.
