Super Chainsaw Squad DX is a stylish explosion of sex, violence, and tentacles-a psychotic fusion of Sailor Moon and H.P. Lovecraft. The dusty town of California City is under attack. A cult led by a gunslinging valkyrie has appeared in the night and they've brought chaos with them. Something is sleeping beneath the Mojave Desert-the heretics are going to wake it up. Standing against this threat is the Super Chainsaw Squad, a trio of magical girls who balance vigilante justice with cute boys and calculus homework. As they begin to gather clues about the mysterious death of their friend, their investigation quickly spirals into a race against the apocalypse.
