Publisher's Synopsis
This squel to the 3-D book "Stereogram" contains three-dimensional images in colour that can be seen by anyone after a little practice. The images include single-picture stereograms called random-dot and colour-field stereograms which appear on the surface as unremarkable scatterings of dots or colour. One of the newest styles featured is "stereo naturalism", in which nature photographs are combined with computer-generated stereo effects. The book also has stereo pairs based on paintings by Manet and Van Gogh, and examples of stereo fashions. An explanation of two viewing techniques is included, and guide-dots accompany many of the pictures.
