Floppy and Hen are the best of friends, but when their island home is overrun by parachuting soldiers, they are forced to find somewhere else to live. Unfortunately, their rectangular sea hosts many inhospitable environments. Where will they end up? The Bathtub Battle is a book for kids, by kids. Eleven elementary school students in a program called Kidz Write worked under the guidance of children's author, J Monkeys, to create, write, edit, and illustrate this book. Kidz Write is one of the many activities included in Afterschool Adventures, a program administered by Educational Resources for Children, Inc.
