This picture book centers around a boy and his puppy who encounter an unbelievable set of events at the beach. The boy, Danny, is lonely and bored because his brother has gone out to play with his friends, and his mother lets Danny go to the beach to walk his dog. Through meticulous observation, Danny finally discovers the wonder of the beach, which hides endless fun. Just then, he sees a swimmer far out in the ocean waving for help, who is this person?
