We are indebted to the Rev. D. Macleane, m.a., the Rev. W. C. Bishop, m.a., and the Rev. Canon Bright, D.D., for various suggestions; to the Rev. E. Cutts, D.D., the Rev. Y. M. It should be added that the nomenclature and orthography of this map do not agree in all cases with those adopted in this book.
