In the late sixties Charlie Daniels fought, and defeated, the devil. Not for a golden fiddle but for the soul of country music. However, with the victors passing the door has been opened for the Devil to get his rematch. One last chance to gain influence over all of country music.
Standing in his way, Jolene Carter and Vampyra, Mistress of the Damned. Two sisters who haven't seen, or spoken to, each other since their parents' funeral, decades ago. One, the queen of country music. The other, queen of the B movies and the universal mascot of sex, drugs, and rock & roll. The sisters will have to work through the issues they've spent a lifetime creating while the Devil continues to stir the pot of anger and distrust that already exists if they hope to have a chance of defeating him. Along the way the spirits of Johnny Cash, Hank Williams, Bill Monroe, Patsy Cline, the Carter Family, and Minnie Pearl are pulled into the conflict alongside the sisters as they prepare for the final confrontation against the ultimate evil.
