Publisher's Synopsis
My grandchildren attend a multicultural school, but there are very few books on our bookshelves that reflect this. I decided to write about the friendships between children and adults in their own community. I hope I celebrate their differences with kindness and humour. My first book is about Joe and his friend Zain, who spend the day with Joe's Nan and find a 'doodah' under the woodpile.
