The author had a Bachelor of Arts Psychology, Webster University St. Louis, MO. The author is a clinician/case manager at one of the behavioral health hospitals, St. Louis, MO. The author's research on "The Impact of Stress on Addiction" serves as a groundwork in writing the book. The author worked in different clinical settings as a psychiatric technician/therapist, habilitation specialist, direct care worker, caseworker, behavior support professional, clinician, and case manager. The experiences gained as a health care provider and clinician worthwhile and interactions with diverse client motivated passion of writing this book.
