Publisher's Synopsis
Villain PT Cruiser has been released early. Once more at large, PT will not make the same mistake again. He's worked out the pattern. Develop evil technology to subjugate the entire human race, get thwarted by the same ashen nemesis - The Stig, abetted by the same four independent-spirited brats. It's high time the tables were turned. So this time HE is the nemesis. In fact he's Captain Nemesis, operating out of range: under the ocean, in his submarine lair. Simple plan: to commit lucrative crimes from his underwater lair, pit the world's hostile nations against each other, and then, when the dust settles on the previous civilisation, majestically rise from the waves and build another. Oh, and perhaps lure those pesky kids, and The Stig, to his greatest creation: Cruiserlantis. An undersea domed city with an actual race track.
