The book comes with a handful of pages that have real recipes that you can make. These pages are coloring pages as well. Behind this facade are the pages of a password notebook. It looks like an ordinary cookbook - at least in the front. While it's also good to stash this low-tech solution in a lockbox or in a lockable drawer, giving it camouflage is another way of ensuring the security of your passwords.
So color up the pages that can be colored. Try out the recipes. They're tasty. But just remember, keep those recipe/ coloring pages intact. They're your "front" for the password journal pages hidden behind them.
