In this super sequel to 'Puddle Pug', Percy the Pug and Petunia the pig are still the very best of pals - until Petunia wins a blue ribbon at the county fair. Suddenly she's too busy to play anymore. So when lonely Percy finds a faded comic book, he takes on a new persona: THUNDER PUG! He's great at helping other creatures out of sticky situations, but it turns out that being a superhero is not always easy. When Percy needs a bit of assistance, his trusty pal is at the ready, and together they discover that it's much more fun to be heroic as part of a team.
