Time Wars is about a young man who grows up too fast in the city. In keeping with that scenario, the CIA thrusts an occupation on him, and he serves his country with honor and diligence for most of his life. An unusual turn of events gives him the ability to sense activity no one else can detect. At first, he believes the CIA is behind the activities, but he soon learns he is being used by alien beings and there is an endless war occurring in the universe!
