"Understanding Outcomes-Based Education" is the first module in a series of nine flexible, open learning modules containing material that can stand alone or form part of a core programme. All the modules are organised around key issues and aim to develop teacher competencies. These modules are designed by teacher educators for use by teachers and teacher educators.
