In Visions of Statesmanship: A Statesman's Imagination and Autonomy, David Hansen provides a critical examination of the figure of the statesman as it has been presented in the philosophical reflections of three key thinkers: Plato, Yannis Markrygiannis, and Cornelius Castoriadis.
