Publisher's Synopsis
Willoughby and Wendy met at a park not far from their homes during the summer, just before they were to go away to college. Wendy felt a connection-physically and spiritually- but was not willing to pursue her thoughts and emotions at that time. She had plans and goals that she did not want interrupted. She was busy. But God-God had a plan. "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways." (Isaiah 55:8) It seems that God likes to interrupt our plans. God doesn't interrupt someone who is just sitting around idle or bathing in luxury. God interrupts people who are busy-people who are busy with life, people who are busy living their lives for a purpose. That's when He will "call" them for His purpose. He may not always stop us on the proverbial "road to Damascus" as he did with the Apostle Paul, who was also struck blind, but when God calls, it's generally more than just a nudge. Have you ever heard God calling you? His love for you is immeasurable. He knew you before you were even in your mother's womb. Wendy and Willoughby were faced with their own spiritual journey. When God calls, how will you answer?"
