This is a software package which contains all the necessary documentation required for the speedy assembly of Scottish wills. It contains a collection of pre-drafted automated templates, which comprise style clauses covering the range of testamentary requirements for the preparation of a will. The software, after asking a number of simple questions and compiling the answer information, will format the data into the complete custom-made will. HotDocsTM will allow the user to save any files to the word-processing facility on a PC, for amendments and alterations to be made to the completed file at any time.;Optional clauses include: discretionary trusts; funeral instructions; legal rights; Liferents Fund; nil-rate band bequest; powers; specific legacies; and subsequent testamentary writings.;System requirements are: PC with 386 or higher microprocessor; VGA or higher resolution colour monitor; Microsoft WindowsTM 3.1 or later; Windows wordprocessing package; 2.5 MB hard disk space; mouse.
