our system may experience a short delay in being updated thus we cannot always guarantee the accuracy of an item's price or availability at the time of viewing.
We will make all reasonable efforts to present accurate information but we cannot guarantee the price or our ability to supply any particular book.
No discounts are available on 'New & Used' titles.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) on our UK website (www.blackwell.co.uk) and in US dollars ($) on our US website (www.bookshop.blackwell.com).

Returns and Refunds
|
In the event that a return is required, regardless of circumstance, a refund is the sole and exclusive resolution and you waive all other remedies or
actions in such an event. Should an item still be required, a new order must be placed.
When returning an item, please refer to the delivery note for the required returns address. Items should be returned by the most economical shipping method.
They remain your property until the seller receives them. If the return is due to the shipment of an incorrect item or the item is found to be damaged,
the return postage costs will also be credited. Postage costs may also be credited if agreed by the seller.
We will do our best to process refunds as quickly as possible.
Please allow two to four weeks (in addition to the delivery time) for the refund to be processed.

If you have not received your order within the quoted delivery time or would like to check on the status of your order, please contact our
Customer Support.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 35 days of the date on which they were dispatched, Blackwell Online shall have no liability
to you unless you notify Blackwell Online within 40 days of the date on which the goods were dispatched.
If you notify a problem to Blackwell Online under this condition, Blackwell Online only obligation will be, at its option, to make good any shortage
or non-delivery; to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question
to the original method of payment.

We are unable to accept cancellations of any 'New & Used' title orders as items are ordered directly from the sellers
and may be sourced from all over the world.
You may however return the item once received for a refund. Please see our returns procedure
for New & Used titles.

Book Condition
New - This book has been designated by the seller as brand new.
Fine/Like New (F) - No defects, little usage. May show remainder marks. Older books may show minor flaws.
Very Good (VG) - Shows some signs of wear and is no longer fresh. Attractive.
Good (G) - Average used book with all pages present. Possible loose bindings,
highlighting, cocked spine or torn dust jackets.
Fair (FR) - Obviously well-worn, but no text pages missing.
May be without endpapers or title page. Markings do not interfere with readability.
Poor (P) - All text is legible but may be soiled and have binding defects.
Reading copies and binding copies fall into this category.

Seller Reliability Rating
All seller reliability ratings are a result of previous order fulfillment rates and range from 1 to 5:
- Almost always available
- Usually available
- Often available
- Sometimes available
- Often not available
Not rated - Usually a new seller who has not received the minimum number of orders required to display an accurate rating.
The seller rating does not necessarily reflect quality of service, Blackwell holds no responsibility
for poor seller performance despite positive ratings.

Shopping Basket Quantities

Due to the nature of fulfilment for New & Used titles, you are unable to change the basket quantities.
Each item selected relates to a physical copy held by the seller,
if you require more copies of the same ISBN then you may select alternative copies and add them to the same order.

Because we do not control such Content,
(a) you agree that we are not responsible for any such Content and (b) we make no guarantees about the accuracy, currency, suitability, or quality of the

other users, and other third parties.
