Click on the 'Reserve Instore' button and you can make sure the book will be ready and waiting for you at the store nearest to you.

Want the store to get in touch with you to arrange alternative delivery or discuss your order? No problem, the store you select will contact you within four hours (during opening hours). Of course, you can always have the items mailed to you as usual.

Looking for a simple way to shop but need something in a hurry? Reserve & collect combines the ease of shopping online with the convenience of our large network of stores. Simply reserve your items online and pay the online price when you collect them in your preferred store. You benefit from our great online prices without any delivery charges and can relax in the knowledge that your product is waiting for you.

Just turn up anytime from an hour after you reserve your item.

1. Find the book you are interested in.
2. Select your nearest shop which stocks that book from the drop down menu, and click the 'Reserve Instore' button. (If your local store is not listed, you can still ask any store to obtain the book for you)
3. Either ask for the book to be reserved at the store and held for you to collect (an hour or more later) or ask the store to contact you to arrange collection or delivery by leaving a contact phone number or email address.
